The prices shown on our website include the German VAT and include all price components.
Credit Cards: Pay instantly and safely by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, AmEx).
Pre Payment / Bank Transfers: Together with your order confirmation you will receive payment details. Once the payment has been received by us your order will be dispatched the following business day.
Paypal: PayPal also supports all common credit cards and electronic direct debit. By using PayPal our customers additionally benefit from buyer’s protection and can make use of an accredited and familiar payment system. You do not necessarily need a PayPal account to register. All payments via PayPal are usually confirmed within minutes and orders can be completed quickly.
Sofortüberweisung (SOFORT Banking) is an immediate and direct transfer of funds. You only need to enter your bank's sort code along with your usual online banking login details and finally the confirmation code in order to authorise the transfer. We instantly receive confirmation of the transfer order in real time and can dispatch the goods on the next business day. Futher information on how it works.
Shipping / Delivery Partners / Costs
After we receive your payment and your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your shipping information including a tracking number, so that you can track the status of your order.
We deliver our carpets (and all returns) free of charge with our delivery partners UPS und DHL within Germany.
We will deliver your carpet directly to your home address or to any other address specified during the ordering process. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the option to pick up your order in a nearby parcel shop might become available to you allowing for a collection at your own convenience. Of course you may simply arrange for another delivery attempt online or by phone. Please use the supplied contact information and your tracking number. These further delivery attempts are free of charge in our shipments. Please contact our service team should you have any questions or require assistance.

Delay of Shipping upon Request
If you wish we can delay the dispatch of your order. Please specify this request during the ordering process in the comment section or contact us. We ask for your understanding that this is only possible after receipt of payment. A guaranteed delivery on a fixed date is not possible at this time.
DHL “Packstationen” (Germany only):
Carpet deliveries to DHL “Packstationen” are not possible due to their size.

Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal
Note to our Customers from Switzerland or Liechtenstein
Once you have specified your shipping address based in Switzerland or in Liechtenstein during the ordering process the German VAT of 19% will not be applicable and the invoice amount will consist of the net price which will be displayed. You can easily calculate the net price of your carpet beforehand by dividing the displayed gross price by 1,19. (Example: a Carpet of 1000€ including German taxes / 1,19 = 840€).
Your carpet will be cleared for import by our delivery partner and you will be requested to pay the usual customs rate upon delivery (Switzerland 1,37 FR/Kg, Kelim 0,71 FR/Kg as per July 2015) and the respective sales tax (8%) in your own currency. This information on taxes and customs is supplied without liability.
